We offer a questions asked guarantee, where we will ask you for feedback, because our biggest goal is to create the best service in the advice market.

We do not believe in long term contracts. We want you to stay because you can see the value each and every month. If you decide to cancel, just let us know and payments will stop from that date.

If you need to cancel at any point, just email team@virtualinnovation.co.nz. There are no long term contracts. You only need to give us one month of notice.

Yes. We will take you through the process to set yourself up first, so just focus on you or your key adviser to begin with. If you are a team of advisers all wanting the service, we can discount additional advisers under your brand. Get in touch and we will work through what you need.

Signing up is as simple as choosing a plan based on the number of advisers in your business. If you have more than five, let us know and we can work out a deal that suits you.

Your login is how you get access to the videos. You can reset your password from the login page. Click the reset password link and follow the steps.

Three ways. Log in to your account on this website, where you will see every video you have access to along with buttons to copy the link or the email. Use our Google Chrome extension to copy a video straight from your browser into an email or your CRM. Or use the site on your phone, which is built for mobile and can be saved to your home screen, so you can text, WhatsApp, email or message a video to a client in one tap.

Anywhere you talk to clients. Your newsletter, your website, Facebook, LinkedIn, your email signature, or one to one by email and message. Every video has copy buttons for each of those, so it is a click rather than a job.

Yes. The embed tool generates a snippet you paste onto your site once, and your video page keeps itself up to date as new videos are added. You choose which categories appear.

You need somewhere to send from, and Mailchimp is what we export to directly. If you do not have an account we can create one for you and send you the login, or you can create your own free account and connect it.

Yes. Alongside the Mailchimp export there is a copy HTML option, so you can paste your finished newsletter into whichever email tool you already use.

Yes. For an extra $50 + GST per month we will send your newsletter via Mailchimp on your behalf. Ask us about it during your demo.
